Concorde climbs away from Heathrow, London as it starts another supersonic crossing of the Atlantic. The aircraft will climb to 28,000 feet and then, as it crosses the east coast over the Bristol Channel, it will engage afterburners and accelerate to Mach 2 before climbing on to nearly 60,000 feet. The aircraft is shown in the very first British Airways livery.
