Trevor Norcott joined B.O.A.C. in 1967 as a Technical Apprentice and Ground Technician, becoming Flight Engineer on Vickers VC10s in 1976 and Lockheed Tristar in 1981 before moving onto Concorde in 1991. Trevor became Instructor and Air Test Flight Engineer in 1998.
Some of the interesting charter flights he has undertaken include Filton, Manston and Fairford Air shows, also Farnborough Air show in September 1996 and the Queens Golden Jubilee Fly Past with the Red Arrows, 4th. June 2002.
He was part of the air test crew during Concorde's return to service in July 2001. Total Concorde hours 4,000, completing 1,200 flights; and finally delivering the aircraft to their presents homes ending with the final flight to Filton on the 26th. November 2003.
